I was trying to do the mission “The Revenge of the Thunder King” when the mechanics of riding “grymer” got bugged and did not allow you to progress
I tried, leaving and entering the game, but it didn’t work, when I did a /reload, it got worse, the whole HUD got bugged and I was left stuck in place...

I’m doing the cooking dailies for longer period of time. One day I came to the same NPC as always and he didn’t give me the quest. I’m the correct lvl, I returned the previous quest, I didn’t do any other cooking quests that day except in Dalaran (which should not interfere). Then I went to Undercity and there the quest was working. The issue does not seem to affect other players, at least I didn’t find anyone in global chat. It’s been several days. It doesn’t limit me from doing the dailies (Undercity works), it’s just a little annoying.

Not able to finish the quest.
I Already defeated Aki while having this quest multiple times, earned achievement for it but the quest is still not finished.

Sindragosa Gauntlet is impossible to complete. The second add wave will not spawn.
I completed the entire gauntlet once, then died due to Glacial Strike (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/spell=71316/glacial-strike) bugging out. It’s supposed to go away when you get fully healed. I used Lay on Hands after I killed the last spider wave and still had the debuff afterwards. Even after I killed the final wave, the gate didn’t open. And there is no teleporter option to Sindragosa’s Rise. So I tried going back and redoing the gauntlet and the first wave spawns fine, but the second wave will not spawn. Even after resetting all instances.

There are a number of bugs in gunship battle in ICC.
First, the Goblin Rocket Pack (49278) jumps too high. You’ll aim at a spot and jump far away from that spot because of that. This has been an issue for what feels like years. I should be able to jump to the enemy ship without hitting the blimp thing on the horde/alliance ship and knocking myself off of trajectory so i fall between the ships.

Second, I can only speak for Horde, but the enemy gunship does too much damage. On normal (10 man) it is killing the Horde airship shortly after the second mage is killed. That is FAR too fast. I’ll link a 3.3 video showing 4 enemy mage spawns prior to them beating the encounter. It may have something to do with the adds just not dying even though I’m aiming at them with the turret. If I kill adds on the other ship manually, it’s doable. The adds are Skybreaker Mortar Soldier (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/npc=36978/skybreaker-mortar-soldier) and Skybreaker Rifleman (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/npc=36969/skybreaker-rifleman). You should be able to kill them with the turret, but I couldn’t kill mortar soldiers. I am not sure about the Riflemen, I didn’t try. I do know that the Rifleman’s hit boxes are messed up badly. I could only hit them with my abilities (including ranged, Judgment for example) when I was right next to them on their ship.

Third, if you wipe due to said bugs, the Gunship doesn’t respawn. You have to leave the instance. I always reset, but I’m not sure if that’s necessary.

Lastly, sometimes (I don’t know how to reproduce the bug) the enemy gunship doesn’t appear. Your ship will start the encounter, and take damage. But the enemy ship will not be next to yours.

NPC https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/npc=21027/earthmender-wilda which have to be escorted stands in the entrance to cavern, doesn’t have quest mark. Seems like after someone have done the quest, it doesn’t reset properly.

Now i can’t fight him again, he doesn’t have quest to continure the chain.

I was able to take the quest just fine, but any time I free one of the researchers they thank me with no quest progression

Edit- Abandoning and re taking the quest allowed me to make progress in it. I have no idea why it didn’t work originally

Edit 2- On further playing I was unable to make further progress on the quest. Freeing more researchers did not advance the quest any more so I could only get 1 of 5 freed.

Orokk Omosh should have 5 quests. After doing On Iron Pauldrons, Barbaric Battlements, Horns of Frenzy and Trampled Under Foot, the 5th should be unlocked: Joys of Omosh.
I completed all 4 prerequisites, but Joys of Omosh does not seem to be available.
As far as I can tell, the only other requirements are to be level 32+ and have blacksmithing skill 1 at least, both true in my case. Not sure if I am missing something...

Silverbrook NPCs do not turn hostile after completing related quests.
I have completed whole Arugal chain just to be sure, as someone mentioned it in wowhead comment from 2009, relogged and they were still friendly. I even tried to do it at nighttime ST to no avail.

Because of that, obtaining [Technique: Rituals of the New Moon] remains kind of impossible for Alliance players (Since the alternative 0,1% drop from those few mobs is hard to even confirm working).

Hellscream's Tome of Destruction is not showing in the Dungeon Journal loot tab for all melee classes and also shaman resto, holy pala or mw monk. I don’t know if its only visual for journal or it’s also same for loot table. Might be a coincidence but that’s the only heirloom im missing.

When trying to get the achievement on the raid, a tracking addon showed that the requirements were fulfilled, but when killing the boss we didn’t get it.

Gurubashgi skulls do nothing. Placing them down is suppose to scare the trolls walking on bridges, and make them jump off. But these trolls do nothing.

Currently there is a bug that occurs when beating Pyrestar Demolisher, and an uncommon item (green) drops, while not in a group, a prompt will appear forcing you to roll either need, greed or cancel. If you roll need, you are greeted with the message “Rolling need on (insert item name here) will bind it to you”, even though the item is BOE. Attached is a screen capture of the bug for additional clarity.

A very minor bug.

Wounded soldiers are standing instead of lying down.
I suspect all these NPCs are using the wrong animation - I’ve checked at least 10 of them.

The surveyor can’t “see” the east marker for some reason.

Relogging was useless, retaking the quest didn’t work too - I’ve tried these methods twice and found no luck. Starting with the east marker first didn’t do the trick either.
Killing enemies and looting corpses around the marker had no effect also.

The Portal to Orgrimmar in Honeydew Village teleports to the wrong location. It should port to where the pandas are in Valley of Honor, but throws the player to the standard port location in Cleft of Shadows.

I use Zygor Guides of MoP 5.4.8 Addon for leveling, so I can confirm I’ve not missed any quests.

LK val'kyrs are grabbing the tank and throwing him off the edge when they are not supposed to.
Primary target of Raging Spirit or LK cannot be targeted by Val’kyrs, and if one is soloing it, then Val’kyrs should just fly around doing nothing.

Happened on 25hc, didn’t check rest but im pretty sure it’s the same.

When DK casts Control undead on any undead ICC NPC, they got no abilities.

Soul Leech tooltip - “Your Malefic Grasp, Drain Soul, Fel Flame or Haunt spell grant you and your pet a shadowy shield that absorbs 20% of the damage dealt for 15 seconds”

I am a level 16 warlock at the time of writing and I am getting the shield just from using shadow bolt, with or without my pet out.

Currently you can’ complete the Run with the Wind achievment, becouse when the boss change to the first wind blowing phase and you want to jump to the other platform, something knocking you back from the edge, and you can’t even fall down, even a warrior could’t leap tothe other platform, becouse ho got knocked back.

Apparently the druid isn’t theoretically here and you can’t interact with him and complete the quest.Tried relog, used the quest item again in a bit of a different spot and it is the same.

The quest “Entrenched” given by the NPC Diamantis is currently bugged for me, I cannot deliver the quest to Kor the Immovable in the Shuddering Spires, I need to complete this quest so I can continue the Deepholm questline, it’s of great importance to the storyline. The bug consists on the fact that I can’t dialogue with Kor, the NPC doesn’t act like a questing NPC, making it impossible for me to turn in the quest and continue my journey.

Basically, Garrosh starts to randomly (probably depending on aggro) cast a spell called Annihilate on a target. This will potentially wipe out the raid (if you are using misdir/trick).
In the clip, the monk tank gets 1 shot during annihilate because the boss hits a location different from where the texture is.
