FS#9351 - Invoker's Energy is not alvais applyed by Evocation.
As a Fire or a Frost Mage most players chose Invocation as his or her tier 6 talent. In order to avoid interrupting the channel of Evocation I use “nochanneling” macros, but it seems to be buggy.
#showtooltip Pyroblast /cast [nochanneling] Pyroblast
For example: My Invoker’s Energy is about to expire, so I channel Evocation before it fades, and if I have a Pyroblast! proc I’m spamming my Pyroblast during the Channel, to launch that just after my channeling of Evocation (I also use Pyroblast with the “nochanneling” macro). 5 times out of 10 interrupted in a mysterious way, so I launch my Pyroblast without my 15% Spell Power buff. So sad. I try to play my Mage in it’s full potential, but with this bug it’s much more hard.
Thanks to read my report, I hope it’ll be fixed ASAP.
Well this totally works for me. I have Pyroblast! on my toon and start channeling Evocation, use the macro you gave and it doesn’t interrupt my evocation and I get my buff of Invocation
