FS#9293 - Some daily quests being marked with wrong completion status

This may be related to addon doing it all to quick (AutoTurnIn) but SOMETIMES quest are getting stuck as “Completed” even if it’s not available in quest log.
Quest objectives for suhc are not available to be dropped/picked up. NPCs are having yellow question mark above their heads.

Also - if quest belongs to some pool - it’s visible like that until it’s being active in pool. Then I also do not have to pick it up - it’s already in my quest log.

Turning off addons, reloading, cache removing is not helping btw.

Screen one - quest is not in my quest log.
Screen two - question mark yellow above NPC, yet quest is not completable.

Today those quests appeared in my quest log, but when I tried to do them - quest items could not be dropped.

Edit: I have finished http://www.wowhead.com/quest=31946/mung-mungs-vote-iii-the-great-carrot-caper Yet for some days the end scene from this quest was played everyday on my farm.
2 days ago it appeared in my quest log removing http://www.wowhead.com/quest=31947/farmer-fungs-vote-iii-crazy-for-cabbage When I dropped the 31946 quest the scene stopped from appearing, and I could retake the 31947 quest.

I have confirmed now that bug is happening also when using wow macro for same thing: 

/script SelectGossipAvailableQuest(1) 
/script SelectGossipActiveQuest(1) 
/script CompleteQuest() 
/script SelectGossipOption(1) 
/script AcceptQuest()

If you have a key set with autohotkey to repeat every 10ms - this would make the quest buggy the same way as addon.
