FS#8209 - Arcane Explosion triggers Aspect of the Pack daze

As if Aspect of the Pack weren’t annoying enough, using Arcane Explosion to maintain charges will daze you just as if you had taken damage.
It happens in and out of combat.

also, the Dazed debuff belongs to the hunter (???) even though the combat log says the mage cast it

The hunter applies the aura on everyone in his party, so everyone get their own aura and when it procs the aura’s target will trigger the dazed effect.
