FS#7617 - [EN] Invoke Xuen Tooltip scaling
I don’t know if the mega nerf that killed half of xuens damage was intentional or not.
If it was intentional, the tooltip still shows the old damage (about 2x as much).
If it wasn’t intentional, please fix this it’s huge for monk dps.
