FS#6518 - [EN] Discipline Priest Atonement Issues

1) Atonement Divine Aegis generated by crits does not benefit from mastery. It is the exact same size as the healing done. Mastery increases the potency of absorption effects by twice as much as it increases healing done, therefore the absorb should always be larger. EDIT: This is actually part of a larger issue with mastery that will be reported in a separate bug. http://mop-bug.tauriwow.com/index.php?do=details&task_id=6541

2) Atonement erroneously double-dips on crit. Let’s say that your Smite hits for 10k. Leaving aside any other modifiers to damage and healing done, this means that a normal Smite for 10k results in a 9k Atonement heal. A critical strike from Smite results in a 20k hit and the resulting Atonement effect is an 18k heal and an 18k absorb. What should happen is that Smite crits for 20k and the Atonement heal remains at 9k but applies a Divine Aegis shield on top of it. The size of the heal and resulting absorption effect should not double on a crit.

3) Atonement healing erroneously prioritizes non-party targets if all party members are at full HP. An example is that on the final boss of Stormstout Brewery, if the party is at full HP, Atonement heals will hit the ghostly NPCs on the floor below the boss room. Another example is if you Smite or Penance the target dummy in Shrine of Seven Stars while alone at full HP, it will always heal a particular Pandaren NPC near the dummy, and never heal you you. Atonement smarthealing should always prioritize partied player targets if all nearby targets are at full HP. This may sound irrelevant because it only concerns healing done when the party is at full HP, but Atonement critical heals apply absorption shields, and crits while the group is fully healed should apply shields to random group members.
