FS#6457 - [Combat] Ruthlessness + Slice and Dice
When you use 5 point slice and dice or recuperate you do not get a combo point on your TARGET.
This bug was reported before but the way you fixed it was wrong, it currently gives a combo point but not on your target (I have no idea where it puts it). This makes it useless for increasing your dps like it should be doing and makes it awkward to use slice and dice in aoe situations.
