FS#6284 - Engineering banking NPC - Tivilix Bangalter

Tivilix Bangalter is an NPC located in Shrine of the two moons.

He’s in the engineering corner and is supposed to provide personnal bank access to engineers with a minimum skill of 1 in engineering.

This NPC is not working at the moment.

Can anyone confirm if the alliance equivalent Lil' Canny is working or not ?

Here’s my report about Lil’ Canny, which was closed:

I can confirm that at this very moment it is not working, but I will check again after next restart.
