FS#5666 - [NPC][Rare] Scritch

So a main issue with this NCP. He seems to always spawns in the same cave. There are 4 caves he should be spawning in at random.

I can find a 100% confirmation on his respawn timer but its seems off from all the farm reports on wowhead.

His spawn can be short as 40 minutes (as far as I’ve seen in the past few days), and as long as 2 1/2 hours.
