Confirmed. Vendor doesn’t sell kite in Orgrimmar.

No it doesn’t work, Ouphenos. Tried with or without orphan, relogged etc. There’s no kite for sale.

Maybe it was my luck then, cause I can assure you it works. I only miss the Ice Cream one. Should’ve made a SS. Anyway, it might be bugged for others.

Sorry, didn’t saw that you’re talking about Horde side of the quest. It works on Alliance side.
