FS#5230 - Championing: Tabards don't give Reputation
Wearing tabards of Horde or Alliance factions doesn’t give reputation in dungeons - least not in all dungeons. I’ve gained some rep in Wotlk dungeons, but none in cata dungeons so far.

MOP HC or normal dungeons also don’t give any rep.
