FS#5200 - [EN] Mind Flay Clipping (Serious)
How it should work: The cast should clip as dots do i.e. the duration between the 2nd to last and final tick as well as the final tick itself is added to the new cast. At 0% haste the following should happen
Mind Flay (3 sec channel remaining) > 1st tick (2 secs channel remaining) > 2nd tick (1 sec channel remaining) > 0.5 sec wait > recast Mind Flay > new Mind Flay with 4 ticks and 3.5 sec channel remaining, the ticks would be at 3, 2, 1 and 0 seconds respectively.

How it currently works: No clipping happens at all, the channel time of Mind Flay is always at 3 seconds with no extra ticks.
