The daily for the tillers. You must kill the Chief to obtain the quest item . I have killed the npc that should drop the book 3 times to not receive the book. The book should drop the first kill.

There are 5 different mobs, only 1 spawn at a time and only 1 specific mob drop the item rather then all 5 of them.
