FS#4968 - No Dark Soil in Valley of the Four Winds
There seem to be no Dark Soil spawns in “The Heartland” in Valley of the Four Winds. I have found a couple spawns in Dread Wastes. I’ve looked for several days.

Yeah, I noticed it too.
On the PTR, Valley of the fouur winds was full of dark soil. Maybe something went wrong, when they tried to reduce the number of the dark soils.
There is none to be found i search every day in The Heart Land.
There should be a pool that contains 249 here.
