1) Xuen’s melee attacks should benefit from your attack speed buffs, i.e. +50% Attack Speed from Tiger Strikes, and haste buffs, e.g. Bloodlust, Lifeblood, Sha of Pride “debuff”.
2) Xuen should also use Crackling Tiger Lightning more often, the first instantly as it spawns and the last just as it despawns for 46 ticks total.
Currently, it just melees every 1s on average and still does fewer lightning ticks compared to retail logs.
