FS#41790 - Colonel Troteman not spawning
When you finish the quest “The Grand Magus Doane”, a tank should slowly descent from the sky, and Troteman should come out of the tank but that scene is not playing and thus, he doesn’t spawn. I managed to spawn him by logging out and in but I thought I should report this anyway.
The tank is also not positioned correctly when he does show up.
