FS#41484 - Use of Flash Bomb on bg
Flash Bomb is low level (37) engineering item with this tooltip : “causes all beasts in a 5 yard radius to run away for 10sec. Chance of failure when used against targets over level 60. 1min cd.” In PvP it’s a 8sec unbreakable fear (I mean no damages will break it, it’s like a 8sec stun which is not on dr with other stuns) with 1 min cd which can affect druids, shaman and hunters’ beasts.
It was infamous well known on vanilla against feral flag carrier.
On retail I’ve never seen it used since Cataclysm, I think it was unusable on bg or simply worked appropriately and didn’t affect high level character.
Here it works every time on level 90 characters and NPC : hopefully the recipe is quite rare and I only saw 1 guy used it regularly. He seems to have stopped but I think there’s an issue here.
