Currently Sister Svalna full channels her shield and it cannot be broken by the spear. Please fix.

To add more info, the npc boss throws a spear on players. After that spear is killed, it's supposed to give the players who kills it a spear quest item, that you can then throw at her to break her channel/shield. That spear isn't being correctly distributed, so there's no way to break the shield, and you just have to wait for it to time out.
Oh, sorry I think I misread your notes, just ignore that reopen request if it's fixed. I assumed you didn't understand what the issue was because his report was so bad haha.
