FS#41082 - BQL achievements not working properly

Something is really wrong with the [Once Bitten, Twice Shy] achievement. In 25man I have not been bitten in the last two BQL encounters and still haven’t been awarded the achievement (see on the screenshot that’s the only credit I’m missing). In 10 man I haven’t received credit for neither (while I’ve done this encounter at least 3-4 times).
