FS#41016 - Gaining/Losing Improved Blood Presence talent breaks its self-healing effect
Gaining or Losing the Improved Blood Presence talent causes the self-heal to stop functioning until you swap to another presence and back to Blood Presence.
This occurs in the following situations (tested only while in Blood Presence):
Putting the talents into Improved Blood Presence
Swapping to/from a spec with Improved Blood Presence
Logging into the game in a spec with Improved Blood Presence
Notably this only affects the self-healing portion and not the damage increase.
Easiest steps to reproduce:
1. Start in Blood Presence
2. Hit a dummy. Observe self-healing working.
3. Place 1-2 talents into Improved Blood Presence.
4. Hit a dummy. Observe lack of self-healing.
You can stop here, but for the full extent of testing you can continue:
5. Swap to Unholy Presence and back to Blood Presence
6. Hit dummy. Observe self-healing.
7. Relog.
8. Hit dummy. Observe lack of self-healing.
9. Swap to Unholy Presence and back to Blood Presence.
10. Hit dummy. Observe self-healing.
11. Change to dual spec without Improved Blood Presence.
12. Hit dummy. Observe lack of self-healing.
13. Swap to Unholy Presence and back to Blood Presence.
14. Hit dummy. Observe self-healing.
15. Change back to dual spec with Improved Blood Presence.
16. Hit dummy. Observer lack of self healing.
It is worth noting to test using something that isn’t Death and Decay, which appears to be bugged and not proccing the self-healing.
