FS#41014 - Certain abilities aren't triggering DK T10 4pc
I can’t tell what is the exact cause, but a large portion of abilities will not proc the 4pc when they are the ability that consumed the last rune(s).
Spells affected:
Death and Decay (major)
Army of the Dead
Bone Shield
Ghoul Frenzy
Rune Tap
Vampiric Blood
Pestilence (major)
Blood Presence
Unholy Presence
Frost Presence
Howling Blast
Obliterate
Path of Frost
Mark of Blood
Easiest steps to replicate (no spec required):
1. Find a dummy
2. Death Strike
3. Blood Strike
4. Death and Decay
I originally thought it was abilities without a target, but then Pestilence didn’t work and Unbreakable Armor does. Then I thought it was spells, but Strangulate does work and Obliterate doesn’t. Very bizarre.
