FS#40678 - Shadowmourne Questline - Shadowfrost Shards

According to https://www.wowhead.com/item=50274/shadowfrost-shard#comments:id=910373 drop rate for NM should be ~25-50% and for HC ~51-99%. Other comments show that shards drop around 6-8 per run (When boss were on HC: Source: https://www.wowhead.com/user=xCoyote or https://www.wowhead.com/user=1083312)
Tried 4 bosses on HC (Marrowgar, Lady Deathwhisper, Gunship and Deathbringer) - only 1 shard dropped from Gunship. Ofc it’s RNG but if u can check drop chance ratio that would be great.
Some sources also say that LK should give 100% shards (like Yogg Saron) - tried it too, he didn’t drop it on NM. Tbh can’t find a reliable source about this.
