FS#40616 - Crowd control cast on mind controlled players.
Crowd control abilities used on mind controlled players are not removed when mind control ends (tested with repentance, fear and hex on Lady Deathwhisper encounter (2nd boss in ICC)).

Here is a video showing paladin casting Repentance on me while I'm mind controlled by Lady Deathwhisper.
If you want to try yourself you need to disable PTR buffs (I think they prevent some of effects like these).
