FS#40584 - Passive buffs randomly stop working
So after playing my alts I have found it is not just my main’s Blood of the North, but seemingly most if not all passive, hidden buffs. While lvling my rogue I have noticed quite a few times that my glyph of stealth just randomly stops working and my stealth once again has a 6sec CD instead of 2. Additionally, while he was mining in hellfire, the passive guild buff that grants 10% extra mount speed, also stopped working for seemingly no reason. I would have to relog every single time one of these bugs occurred. Both on my DK with his death runes vanishing and now my rogue. There seems to be a huge problem with passive, hidden buffs here on this server just ..going away. I am sure there are plenty more that are happening as well that maybe I just have not noticed.

So while flying in real time I just saw my mount speed drop from 275 to 250 on my 69 rogue. I had just flew into 'The Bone Wastes', and before the notification came on my screen to tell me I got XP for discovering it, I saw my speed drop. This tells me the passive guild buff being lost has something to do with sub zone transitioning. Up to this point I had played a DK and a palli. Both have a passive mount speed buff that does not stack with the guild one, so maybe this was happening on them and I never noticed until my rogue. Either way, the only way to fix it is to relog it seems. Having this happen constantly while out questing is super annoying.
Below is evidence of the guild passive vanishing from my rogue after entering 'The Bone Wastes' sub zone in Terokkar Forest. After relogging while still in this sub zone, my passive guild mount speed buff remained gone. Only after I had left the sub zone and THEN relogged (loading into a new zone/hearthing did not fix it) did my passive mount speed buff return. Every single time I fly into this sub zone, and many others in outland, my passive guild buff just vanished until relogging.
I still do not know the reason why my glyph random stops working yet.

Seems like the open world pvp zones in outland count as battleground and disable the 10% guild mount speed

As mentioned by OP, only relog (while outside of the pvp zones) activates the buff again.
