FS#40228 - Cursed Swabby Helmet is not 100% drop like it should be

The Cursed Swabby Helmet from Sunken Treasure on the Timeless Isle should be 100% drop, like it was back when mop was current. I looted it once at 85 and did not get it, I have now looted it again at 90 and still do not have it.

The fact that nobody on wowhead comments mentions it NOT being 100%, and everyone referring to it as though you will get it once you get the key, with comments even stating that it IS 100% drop, is not evidence enough?

Have a skim through the comments yourself if you don't believe me.

You could also get on the Blizzard server PTR and check for yourself to see you get it first time you loot it, so
