FS#40188 - Moonbrook thug do not drop Red Bandana
The Red Bandana dropped by Moonbrook thug should be 100% chance to drop, which starts a quest to collect 6 Red Bandana. Currently, they don’t drop the quest starter when killed. If the drop rate is ‘just low’, it shouldn’t be. It should be 100% if you have never completed the quest and do not have it on your quest log.
The item I am referring to, https://mop-shoot.tauri.hu/?item=58117 Not to be confused with the quest item, for the quest, which you can only loot after looting the item with the ID listed above. In total, it should take 7 kills to start and finish the quest. On my DK, I killed every thug in town and never got a drop. I am now here on an alt and have the same problem.
