FS#40024 - Can't spawn Urok Doomhowl in Lower Blackrock Spire
Urok Doomhowl (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=10584/urok-doomhowl) is an optional boss in the Lower Blackrock Spire, you summon him buy killing Highlord Omokk, the ogre boss in Lower Blackrock Spire and looting his head. You will also need to loot a pike that is leaning against a wall near Vaela, who used to be the quest giver of the UBRS key quest.
Once you have his head and a pike, you go past the spiders in Lower Blackrock Spire, but before the scorpions. There will see a group of ogres on a corner of a ledge. Near them will be a pile of skulls called a tribute pile. Once you clear those ogres, you can use the pike and the head to start the event.
Currently you can’t do that as it will say invalid target.
The Ogre’s head should be impaled on top of the tribute pile and summon a few waves of elite ogres.
Note that this fight can be very hard if you do not utilize the pike in the tribute pile. You can use it once every 30 seconds to eliminate an ogre from the fight. Eventually, after about 10 ogres, Urok Doomhowl will show up, and you can kill him.
I put this as very low, as the chance of an LFD group doing Lower Blackrock Spire is low and the chance that a group will know about and want to do this boss is also very low.
