FS#39902 - Paragons of the Klaxxi - Kil'ruk Razor Sharp Blades Damage Bug
Currently, Kil’ruk’s Razor Sharp Blades are doing 1.3M+ every swing even with 0 Xaril stacks.
As you can see in the logs below, both bears removed their Xaril stacks via Hand of Protection and then he one shots you anyway.

I’ve only noticed this affecting bears so I’d hazard a guess it’s suddenly ignoring armor or passive damage reduction. Perhaps HoP no longer *actually* removes your Xaril stacks but I don’t think that’s it. Never had this happen to me nor seen it happen before so something’s wrong.
Or we just need to git gud, I dunno.
Something about Kil'ruk's damage is indeed not right.
It does not seem limited to Bear however.

I see two issues here.
1. Kil'ruk's damage seems too high, period.
The following swings were taken with SotR (44.85% reduction) and Vigi. My paladin has 71853 armour, giving 55.176% physical damage reduction against Bosses.
Based on Kil'ruk's damage values for 10H, 980784 to 1471176, the highest damage possible for a single swing should have been
254571.7edit I lied and forgot a passive, it's actually 194747.4 /edit.2. Off-hand penalty seems to have evaporated.
Kil'ruk does not have an OH penalty (anymore?).
I double-checked other dual-wielding bosses, and their MH/OH damage values were all correct.
"Offhand damage penalty seems to have evaporated" - nope, it wasn't present in your previous log either.
Also, his main ability is categorized as a bleed, which we currently believe shouldn't be affected by armor. So either this ability is an exception, or the boss has too much default melee damage.

I dug up retail reports from 10HC right at the end of MoP. The good news is that the boss did not have an offhand penalty on retail, the bad news is that the spell is not actually a "bleed", as the monk took significantly more damage even through more % damage reduction.

Valami tényleg nincs ezzel rendben. SoO release óta minden héten ütjük a bosst, és kb 1 hete elkezdte stabilan instant 1 hitelni a tankokat. Még a ctf, ezerszer ott járt, 0 Xaril stackes tankba is tömni kell az external-t hogy túlélje. Egy nagyságrenddel nagyobbat üt, mint kb 2 hete (11.26 előtt).
Nem tudom, mitől változott, vagy hogy egyáltalán eddig olyan volt-e, mint lennie kellett volna, de ez a mostani állapota nagyon gyanúsan nem helyes.
