FS#39880 - Blood Boil doesn't trigger Chilblains as Blood DK
As a Blood DK you have the passive Scarlet Fever which causes Blood Boil to refresh your diseases.
This should trigger the talent Chilblains if you have Frost Fever on the enemy, but on Tauri it does not apply or refresh the Chilblains debuff, only the disease itself.
If you play this cringe video at 0.25 speed you can see the Chilblains debuff appear on the enemy right after the DK casts Blood Boil (the highlighted spell below the chat box).
