FS#3919 - Enemies behaving incorrectly when out of line of sight
When an enemy has blocked line of sight from the enemy to the player, they are supposed to finish any cast (which will fail), then run around the obstruction to get line of sight on the player again. Currently when an enemy has blocked LoS, they finish and fail their cast, and then stand in place.
It seems to work well with all mobs I’ve encountered so far.

As far as I know it’s not an “all or nothing” issue though, but it depends on how the individual mob type is scripted.
So if you find a mob where this doesn’t work, the exact mob name / wowhead link would probably be helpful.
