During this quest in Booty Bay I had to talk to the NPC Kebok, but he’s right next to the horde flight master which was permanently hostile at me and I couldn’t reach the NPC before he killed me. I had to try several times running there to be able to speak with the NPC, but the flight master was still hotile at me, even though I didn’t use any habilits or others attacks that could triggered that behavior.

Exact same issue here. Was questing with my girlfriend and we kept getting killed.
What we did was, get killed, accept resurrect right next to Kebok, and quickly speak with him and press the dialogue thing before aggroing the Flight Master.
