Bosses, mobs and other NPCs have a reduced chance of critical damage of abilities.
For example, if the player is level 90 and the boss is level 93, the player receives a reduced chance of critical damage with all abilities by 3%

For example - the war has 50% crit and according to the skill formula, the crit chance is 100%, but due to the fact that the boss of level 93, the player receives a decrease in the critical damage chance by -3% and in order to get 100% crit with this skill, the player needs to have not 50% crit but 53% crit

crit rate - should depend on the level of the boss. This mechanic does not work at all.
Therefore, all classes have 3% more crit than needed.

also note the when attack a boss level target your Crit will be 3% lower due to the fact the Crit diminishes in value as the targets level is higher (also known as crit depression).

This is irrelevant to us, as it refers to Classic. (Not to mention crit suppression against bosses was not changed to 3% until MoP)

No, I know the MMOC link pertains to MoP, and I didn't comment on that.
However, the Blizzard forum post you linked is not relevant to MoP.
Therefore, kindly go procreate with yourself. Or start proofreading your shit.
I also think - as we mentioned in the other topic - it's not quite as simple as crit suppression simply not existing, as I don't think logs show a crit discrepancy between expected and actual at max level like you'd expect if suppression wasn't there at all. It's something weird.
