Because it's not good. It's just for memes. And for the record, apart from the T14 4P (which I reported), this Affliction damage is Blizzlike, more or less. That is however not the case for shamans literally cheating to get an extra Bloodlust on the pull and doing more damage than the 6/6 upgraded Chinese Enhancements on live.

There is a difference between wanting to nerf Affliction because of the fucked up balancing that Blizzard did (or didn't, rather) intend, and wanting to fix exploiting that is not supposed to work in the first place, which puts the spec in question from mediocre to top tier.

Rune of Reorigination should work on Warlocks, though.

1) Please find me rankings with warlocks doing 1kk dps in 2013-2014, because I can't. Maybe, just maybe they are a bit overtuned on tauri?
2) We already have plenty of amazing non-blizzlike features, which only make the game better. I don't mind buffing all weaker specs like retri paladin to match warlocks in damage, but don't nerf cement: it's good as it is.

Yeah multiplying it by 0.1 meant it procced on the pull for non-agility specs. Having a non-zero RPPM means it did in fact proc. For comparison's sake, UVLS proc rate for non-casters was multiplied by 0.0 to disable it.

Also, Warlock DPS has nothing to do with this report, nor does Rune of Reorigination's functionality. If that trinket is bugged, report it separately.

Well, let's take the current rank 1 on Tauri on IJ25. He's doing 947.4k DPS at a 01:39 kill time.
Now let's take rank 1 on WCL. He's doing 846k DPS at 02:14, however at the time stamp 01:39 (which is the r1 Tauri kill time), he's sitting at 990k DPS. In turn, the UA, Agony and Corruption damage that would have been amped by T14 4P did 13.75, 19.4 and 10.4 million damage.

Multiply this damage by 10% and you get an additional 4.4 million damage, which taken over the 01:39 kill time, would add an additional 44k DPS, not counting the extra damage on Haunt, etc (I really fucking cba looking that up).

This means that the rank 1 would've, on that same pull, done 1.034 million DPS, taking Tauri rank 1 by 9%. This is also, in fact, the case for several logs in the top 10 IJ list, and I cannot be arsed to look up more.

Stop pulling shit like this out of your ass if you have no idea what's inflating the numbers on Tauri. As a matter of fact, Enhancement is somewhat to blame for the fucked up kill times on primarily single target bosses.

Let me rephrase all this: Stop being pissy over people wanting your gamebreaking bugs to be fixed. I nerfed my own class (or atleast trying to, T14 4p report is up), I wrote the Rune of Re-Origination bug which was fixed a few days ago while I was still playing Feral, etc etc.

I decided to quantify exactly how much damage this cheating contributes with, so I made a custom item in Simcraft, and thanks to Prophet's calculations it's safe to assume that the 30% haste bonus, multiplicative with other effects, grants very roughly 25689 haste over 20s.

We then compared a sim (10k iterations) with this item with one without, and these were the following results:

Without the 30% haste prepull: 625 568 DPS (2 076 237 peak DPS) on a 2:30 kill time (estimated to be roughly the kill time people get on fights like Iron Juggernaut 10/25 HC).

With the 30% haste prepull: 737 086 DPS (2 761 070 peak DPS).

This result infact heavily underestimates the DPS, given no other prepulls are used such as the 12% damage amplification. In addition, this is only with Heroic, 4/4 gear. No Warforged gear whatsoever.

In addition, this obviously gets more severe the shorter the fight is. On the 01:39 kill time Iron Juggernaut on Tauri, the prepull is a rough 24% damage increase, as in sims, the DPS went from 790 410 to 979 447 DPS.

TL;DR: blabla I am done with this game, let's destroy the fun for those who still play it

seriosly, why didn't you report it in 2018?

If you really must know, I did not play on Tauri in 2018, or perhaps I started near the end of that year. Besides, the date of the reports shouldn't matter either way, since I had no incentive to "cover up" the cheating. I never played with an Enhancement Shaman, and even then, the effects of the prepulls weren't that obvious cause Enhancement sucked ass prior to 5.4. 0 multiplied by a billion is still zero, yadda yadda.

Frankly, I understand your frustration. If my raid spot was reliant on me cheating to add several hundred thousand DPS to justify the fact that I suck, I'd be pretty angry if some guy who knows how to push buttons in the right order wants me to stop with the blatant exploiting. It's not "fun" to exploit in order to justify that you suck, and something tells me you know this as well.

On that note, can you guys do something about logs on tauriprogress resulting from this blatant exploit? I'm not sure if you are the guys developing that too, but it's very disheartening to try beating them with the knowledge, that they had so much advantage. The same goes for the other bugs creating similar circumstances, like the warlock + mage prepulls and the Rune of Reorigination (mainly on ferals). I very much think that the proper fix for this bug should involve taking away the "achievements" earned with the usage of said exploits too.

RoRe on druids works exactly like on retail I think, compare the top ferals from WCL and top ferals from Tauri(take boss fight time into consideration). Btw, no, I don't play feral :D
