FS#35560 - Trial of the Crusader HC teleporting to normal

Trial of the Crusader HC teleporting to normal mode. Tested for both 10 and 25 man versions.
I have defeated ToC10 normal and not 10Hc yet.

This only happens after defeating normal and then trying to enter heroic without resetting instance. If you reset the instance, you can once again enter ToC HC.
Might be due to the lockout system for ICC (which should be different for TOC)?
