FS#35118 - Nos spawning the "Timeless Eye" for the quest "On a Wing and a prayer"

I was doing the Cataclysm legendary staff quests, after the quest “All-seeing eye” NPC Anachronos should spawn the “timeless eye” for making the quest “On a Wing and a Prayer” the eye never spawns I tried log out and in, tried aborting quest and getting again, goin away and comming again and nothing, it should spawn i front of the dragon in the place when im looking in the attachment, thank you for your help
