FS#34646 - SoO Immersius trash (Aqueous Defender)

Aqueous Defender's ability Vortex despite the wording should not damage the people inside it, only those at the edges.

Proof at 18:20 , you can see the player inside does not get damaged at all while inside the vortex only those crossing the vortex.

PS: i am not sure about the exact id of the spell but i am sure you can figure it out.

This bug as been here since the start of SoO, about time it gets fixed, yes-yes?
