The bonus SP only gets calculated when summoned. So it always snapshots the values it had at summon.
If your pet gets any Stam/Int buffs while its out, your bonus SP from the talent isnt recalculated.
It is recalculated if you resummon the pet. At which point the bonus SP is right. (until it gets any other buffs).

The calculated bonus SP is correct but it is updated too infrequent
