can confirm. quest not working. The enemy robot does not approach the player, but can be found east at the cliff. However it cannot be attacked by the player, giving the error "invalid target"

My robot was able to attack it, but cant solo it obviously

Confirmed. Can't target the Negatron elite NPC, says "Invalid target". You should be able to target the elite while tanking him with the Scrap Reaver X6000 but the quest is bugged and you cannot target the elite in order to help out the Scrap Reaver remote controlled robot.

Still bugged :( you can attack Negatron with the robot only, and it does almost no damage and 5 minutes is not enough. Sad.

The robot does not come to fight, but it can be found nearby. Our robot does not have enough damage to kill the quest target, and we cannot help him :(

Still bugged just as stated by others above. You can't attack Negatron and the little robot can't do enough damage. Can't complete.
