FS#31760 - Miran and Huldar quest glitched

When doing [Resupplying the Excavation] quest I approached the Miran and Huldar wagon, the quest is set as complete, however nothing happens. The is no possibility to return quest

Confirm as bugged, the quest mark is on the map, but not on the NPC (can't interact and turn the quest in). So you can't do the next quests in the chain. Abandoning/retaking, relogging do not help.

The Huldar is not even at the wagon, and is standing alone at coordinates 64.09, 70.82 instead
