Can confirm, went to do this today while leveling and it doesn't work; seems to have only cropped up in the last week or so because I did it while leveling my Hunter 7ish days ago and it worked fine then.
Pretty critical bug because it entirely rules out 2-3 other quest hubs due to not being able to finish this quests hub because of the bugged quest.
