FS#31442 - 'A Vision of the Past' Westfall quest, scene stops

Hello, I have a problem with the A Vision of the Past quest in Westfall, after using the incense burner in Deadmines my character flies to the vision location as a wisp thing, ‘Alliance Warrior’ NPC says his 2 lines but after that Edwin Vancleef doesnt respond,move or do anything at all. I tried resetting and re entering the dungeon multiple times, tried waiting for the scene to continue but nothing worked.
Hope this can be fixed, thank you.
