FS#26398 - Guild Bank Log (reopened)

Moving an item in the guild bank currently puts 2 entries in the Log.

It should create 0 entries unless you are moving an item from one tab to another. Moving an item within its own tab should not be logged.

Edit: Chris pushed a fix that makes it less spammy but there are still messages there that shouldn’t be there.

To be perfectly clear, there should be NO messages in the bank log when someone moves something in the guild bank, unless it is being moved to a new tab.

So if I have 3 tabs: Tab1, Tab2, and Tab3...

I should never see Player has moved Item from Tab1 to Tab1.
I should never see Player has moved Item from Tab2 to Tab2.
I should never see Player has moved Item from Tab3 to Tab3.

However...

I SHOULD see a message if Player has moved Item from Tab1 to Tab2.
I SHOULD see a message if Player has moved Item from Tab2 to Tab3.

etc.
