FS#23772 - [Poisons] Poisons should proc from non damaging abilities

Expected behaviour: Cheap Shot, Garrote, Kidney Shot, Expose armour and Rupture should be able to proc poison from main hand weapon

Actual: It does not

Note: Make sure poisons proc after a main ability in the proper sequence: ability first → poison proc last (if procced) as it may e.g. break sap before cheap shot gets landed giving control over target’s character for a fraction of a second

https://github.com/Atlantiss/NetherwingBugtracker/issues/3130 It’s TBC but nothing has changed since. You can check vids in the description and skip way down where the bug is confirmed and fixed. Long discussion with their tester or whoever he is does not make any sense (skippable)
