FS#21762 - Unfriendly Midsummer Celebrant

There is a unfriendly non hostile Midsummer Celebrant on Bloodmyst Isle for alliance players.
Edit: there seem to be more of them, aslo spotted at Goldshire for example.

Fun fact: ~~FS#21384~~ does not seem to apply to this one, OR might actually have been fixed already.
