Players with lvl 1-20 should have their hp/mana regen increased.
I can’t remember by how much, I was reading somewhere it should be at least 200% but can’t find anything relevant. (probably wow patch notes from late vanilla ?)

On the video the regen started just few seconds after combat ended.

Currently it takes 5 seconds to even start the usual hp/mana regen.
