FS#20428 - Bloody dancing steel proc

Bloody dancing steel doesnt proc two at once only refresh its own proc while normal dancing steel proc two at once at lvl 90 makes bloody dancing steel useless with 2.
i have attached two videos of normal dancing steel and bloody dancing steel showing off the bug.
