FS#20308 - Garrosh P4: Manifest Rage vs Unstable Iron Star
Garrosh currently does not begin casting Manifest Rage if he reaches 100 energy while stunned in P4. The boss mod event fires, but he simply resets his energy to 0 and then does nothing.
He should, instead, begin casting Manifest Rage as soon as the Iron star stun expires, and only then reset his energy to 0.
In order to interrupt Manifest Rage, the Iron star needs to hit him during the cast or channel.

Correct behaviour:
This raid had the Iron star go in before Garrosh started casting (he was at ~97 energy when the stun was applied, and would’ve reached 100 at 20:23:45), and he started casting as soon as the stun wore off.
