FS#20220 - Foolish Endeavors

This quest doesn’t seem to work for me at all, once you accept it nothing happens, and if u abandon it you can’t get it again. It seems like event is active from someone previous and it doesn’t allow you to take quest or complete it.

I’ve recorded the weird sound that he makes as if he’s getting attacked.

This problem still persists, with double saurfangs present.

Its really a shame since this quest probably chains in not insignificant fashion.

Got to the quest today and it still seems to be not working. When accepting it, the undead stays at the tower and just says "Lets go...", followed by the weird sound as if being attacked, as mentioned in the bug description.
When abandoning the quest, it does not become available again immediately after, but rather after some time (about 10 minutes I'd say...)

I have a similar issue I tried to accept the quest but for some reason it did not appear in my quest log. The undead npc rogue disappears and he won't respawn. I tried flying away and back, and then I was able to see a yellow ! mark for the quest but when I flew closer the npc disappeared again.
