FS#20006 - Garrosh's Energy is depleted when he's stunned at 97
Basically, if Garrosh is stunned close to the 100 energy threshold he’s going to try and cast Manifest Rage. Thing is the cast will fail because he’s stunned, reseting the energy and said Energy should only be removed after a cast success.
