FS#19804 - Portal to uldum doesnt show up

I did quests from Easy Money to Al’Akir’s Vengeance and portal in Orgrimmar to Uldum didn’t show up
It may be caused by my unability to accept quest Meetup with the Caravan, although I did all the previous quests, beginning with The Reliquary up to That’s No Pyramid!
